I am not a corporation; I am but one puny human trying to make a living with her craft. I respect that your time is valuable, and hope that you’ll grant me the same courtesy in return. 

If you are unable to make it to your appointment, I humbly ask that you contact me to cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If you are going to be late, please send a text to let me know as my hands are often occupied with hair so I might not be able to answer the phone. 

This benefits both of us because if there is no one booked directly after you, there may be no need to stress about your tardiness. However, if your appointment happens to fall in the middle of an extra-busy day, being late could mean that there won’t be enough time to complete the service you’d booked, in which case we would have to reschedule.

If you do not appropriately cancel or fail to show up for your appointment, you are subject to charge for the minimum price of the service. This is why your card information is required for booking. Full payment of cancellation fee is required before any further booking is accepted.
